RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At 11 Seeds, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, please review the guidelines below.

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used.
  • Gift cards and promotional items are non-returnable.

2. RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, please contact us at support@11-seeds.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide instructions for shipping your item back.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

3. REFUNDS

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

5. EXCHANGES
